Exterior Remodel

This large (2,300 Square Foot) 20 year old home underwent a major transformation.  The old vinyl siding was replaced with a new stucco exterior.  New paint was applied to the entire home.  The second story underwent a major expansion, with a new dormer adding 125 SF of livable area and a new shingle roof.  The dining area was bumped out for additional entertaining space. 

Cost for the exterior remodel, including new stucco, new paint, and dormer extension: $38,750.00

Interior remodel

The old popcorn ceiling had to go in this vaulted living area.  An old metal railing was replaced with a framed wall.  The exposed wood beams were covered with drywall, and the entire room was re-textured with a Santa Fe texture.  A fresh coat of paint, new tile flooring, and new ceiling lights made this room a central family area.   

Cost for the Interior Remodel: $17,225.00

2nd-story addition

A cramped upstairs led to an idea of new square footage without increasing the foundation size.  Small 10x10 bedrooms upstairs turned into 15x15 bedrooms, with an expanded hallway, larger closets, and more functionality. 

Cost for the upstairs addition (adding 375 SF): $68,425.00.

2nd-story loft addition

 An open vaulted ceiling turned a wide open area into a new gaming area.  New railing with handrail and some quality craftsmanship turned this area into an excellent area to relax and unwind.

Cost for the second story loft addition: $10,086.00
