Powder Room Remodel
This 5'x7' powder room underwent a dramatic facelift by swapping out the vanity for a pedestal sink, removing the old wainscot, and painting the room a color that coordinated with the selection of floor tile.
Crown molding was added, the light fixture and mirror were replaced with more elegant selections, and the light switches and towel and toilet paper holders were replaced with brushed nickel selections. The flooring was replaced with attractive tile.
Master Bathroom
This outdated 11'x10' master bathroom needed some sprucing up. The color scheme was improved with a soft green on the walls and the vanity replaced with a new vanity and top with matching framed mirror. The new floor tile selection and updated light and plumbing fixtures made this project outstanding.
Guest Bath Remodel
This project was a bit of a challenge. We were challenged to use the color of the door trim and baseboard in the 6'x8' bathroom, but significantly upgrade the look and appeal of the bathroom, all on a budget. In came a framed mirror and custom trim was installed around the window. A new vanity with top were installed. New light fixtures and a new sink, together with floor tile to match, allowed us to keep the homey wood feel but create an incredible bathroom. The custom paint turned this bathroom into a beautiful masterpiece.
Master Bathroom 2
New tile, fresh paint on the window, a new jetted tub with tile backsplash and skirt, together with a new vanity and fixtures turned this bathroom into an incredible spa area. The closet adjacent to the shower was converted into a beautiful walk-in shower.
Master Bath Remodel 3
A combination of new tile, new wood wainscot, a new bathroom configuration, and the new paint and fixtures left everybody thinking "Wow".
Handicap Shower Remodel
With an elderly parent moving in, the old tub/shower combo had to go. In anticipation of the possible need for wheelchair accessibility, the tub and surround were removed, the cement floor beneath the tub removed and new cement and waterproofing were installed with a proper slope to the drain. New tile on the floor and cultured marble on the walls were installed, together with a new plumbing system including a handheld. Grab bars with double-stud reinforcement in the walls made this a bathroom perfect for an elderly parent.
Master Shower Remodel
This bathroom remodel began with a custom shower built with large 20"x20" tile laid diagonally on the wall and ceiling, together with a custom decorative border. The frameless shower door really accentuated the custom tile work. Plumbing fixtures were of the highest quality, with a Grohe hand held, rain can, and (3) body sprays.
Secondary bath remodel
For this remodel, the custom Venetian Gold granite countertop came with an under-mount sink and 4" backsplash. Knotty alder cabinets in a mahogany color set off the colors in the granite and the plumbing finishes. The oil-rubbed bronze sink faucet finishes really accentuated the colors in the granite. To make the mirror stand out, a custom travertine border with a black granite insert really brought a classy look to this bathroom.
Master shower remodel
This shower had the discolored fiberglass base removed and cultured marble removed from the walls. Additional plumbing was added, including 3 body sprays, a new shower head, and a hand held shower system. A new tile floor was added, and imported hexagonal tile laid on the walls, with a custom bench. New frameless shower glass was also added, bringing an elegance to the bathroom that is the envy of the neighborhood.
Master bath remodel
This extensive remodel included two rooms. The first room as seen at the right was the tub and vanity room. A new corner Jacuzzi tub was installed around custom tile backsplash with a decorative trim. The vanity was replaced with new cabinetry including a pop-out, and the granite countertops followed suit. New floor tile and a custom mirror with trim rounded out this room. In the shower room, the fiberglass shower was taken out and a luxury plumbing fixture system installed, with 20" tile laid at a diagonal on both the walls and a ceiling.
